Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to four guests, with one bedroom featuring a king bed and a sofa that converts into a queen-size pull bed with a memory foam mattress. Fresh linens and storage are on hand to help you settle in comfortably.

Outdoor living
Oceanfront views stretch from the terrace, where you can open the day with coffee or watch the light shift across the horizon as evening comes in. Sliding open the rear glass doors connects the interior directly to the sea breeze, and direct beach access provides an easy path between the sand and your front door throughout your stay.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics - everything you need to prepare meals without having to go far. A dining table offers a relaxed spot to gather and eat in.

Living space
The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together in an open layout filled with natural light. Wind down with the HDTV, connect to Wi-Fi, or simply settle into comfortable seating after a day at the water's edge. Air conditioning and heating keep the atmosphere easy year-round.

Bathroom
A walk-in shower, hair dryer, and bathroom essentials make for a straightforward and comfortable stay.

Laundry
An in-unit washer and dryer, along with an iron, are available for longer stays or simply keeping things fresh.

Positioned along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, the condo puts you close to coastal dining, boutique shopping, and the TPC Sawgrass course - bookable independently for a fee. St. Augustine and Jacksonville Beach are both within a short drive, offering easy options for day trips and local exploration. Free parking for one vehicle and keypad self check-in make every arrival effortless.

This condo is not part of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club or TPC Sawgrass and does not include access to any community amenities. Guests enjoy the beach directly from the property.
