Pricing:
Base price is for 4 guests and increases $20 per person per total nights booked for your stay plus Airbnb and levy fees.
Please ensure you advise the total guests numbers when you book, you can also adjust your guest numbers by contacting the team prior to your stay.

Security deposit:
The standard security deposit hold is $600 for the stay and is due 48 hours before check-in.
On Airbnb if you do not have an average 5 star review a $600 security deposit is required.
If guests are under 21 the security deposit payment is $1500.
