Great spot for stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing.
Walk or bike ride to pristine Manyana Beach and Green Island and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.
This three bedroom cottage consists of queen bed / single in sunroom / queen and a king single.
Linen Provided.
Tv, Dvd, microwave and gas bbq. It also has a games room at rear of the property with pool table, foos ball and dart board.
One bathroom with shower and toilet, second external toilet next to laundry outside.
Off road parking. Not fenced.
There is The Deli at Cunjurong Point and Bendalong General store and Cafe in Bendalong.
Berringer Lake is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday for shopping centres, cinemas, pubs and clubs.
At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.
Strictly no smoking inside or pets at this property as local kangaroos visit.
No Wifi.
No parties, events, bucks or hens nights without approval of owner and agent.
