Beautiful, cozy, clean & quiet place. Will definitely be back. Thank you to host for providing sweet complimentary supplies with our visit. We absolutely loved our stay!
Host was great ! Great location, quiet , beautiful area! Very clean, cozy , just like home , my dog buster loved it there too! Would definitely stay again! Thank you
It is probably the nicest pet-friendly place in which I have ever stayed. The unit was recently remodeled, spacious, and very clean. The furniture, especially the beds, was all top quality and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet since it is slightly tucked away from the pandemonium of Sevierville/Pigeon Forge, yet it is within 5 minutes of every attraction. Only negatives-the smoke detectors look old, and there is no carbon monoxide detector. The lack of carbon monoxide detectors is particularly worrisome since the gas log fireplace is ventless. You can smell a slight hint of propane when you enter the living room. The owner could install those detectors for a very small investment. Then, the villa would be perfect.

We appreciate your feedback! We had the updated smoke detectors with carbon monoxide monitors ordered and were waiting for it to be unoccupied in order to install. It has been updated since. We apologize if you felt uneasy at all.
It is exactly as advertised. Many added comforts that made wonderful touches. Cleaning supplies, vacuum, broom, garbage bags, dish soap (liquid and dishwasher). Shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. Coffee machines keurig and Mr. Coffee with filters! Cabinets with cooking oils salt pepper. Master bedroom mattress pad was so comfortable. My husband and I both slept greatly and had crazy dreams. My son loved the access to all the streaming services. The location was the best!! My daughter is obsessed with the Titanic. You can see the museum from the drive right outside the neighborhood. Easy access and close to all the attractions. My husband and I had our daughter (17)drop us off at the Iron Forge great drinks and food! We walked home. Great viewing of the mountains. The Apple Barn and Cider Mill is also in walking distance. I recommend doing the Rocky Top wine tour. Wow the wine and cider are amazing. We became members and now will have this stuff shipped to us in MI. We stayed from Friday May 29th - Thursday June 4th. We drove from west virginia after white water rafting. The girls did the Titanic museum Saturday. Sunday we did mountain coasters and my son and younger daughter did zorbing. Monday Dollywood Tuesday Soaky Mountain Waterpark, Wednesday Gatlinburg hiking and shopping. We made breakfast and dinner every day. Everything I needed was there for my family of 5 and puppy too
The place was exactly as described and looked in the pictures — very clean and well decorated. The host was great to communicate with, with almost instant response on any questions we had. It was tucked away in a small quiet area, but located close to the heart of all the attractions. Would love to stay again.
A cozy, beautiful place in a peaceful setting. Just as described in the listing, everything you should need, very clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to the parkway and stunning views of the mountains.
Listing & pictures were accurate. Communication was polite, professional & always quick. House was clean, beds comfortable, safe neighborhood and easy to get quickly to any shopping, restaurants, hiking, etc. We were in town for family member’s wedding and this home provided everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We ended up leaving our dog with a pet sitter due to wedding events & not wanting to leave him alone. But nice to know we could have brought him if needed. I would definitely recommend!
Place was very clean and comfortable. Pool was just a few steps away which was convenient for our kiddo. The host was super accommodating. Only about a minute from the strip with lots to do. Highly recommend!
Everything was wonderful from booking to checking out. The only reason I gave this place four stars instead of five is because it didn't sleep six. We had five guests and one had to sleep on the couch. Turns out a crib and a blow up mattress were the options that made it sleep six. Lol!
