This charming villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities—located just one mile off the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Tucked away from the crowds yet close to it all, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay within walking distance of the Little Pigeon River, The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant, The Apple Barn & Cider Mill, and Iron Forge Brewery.

This two-story villa is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and privacy. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom, allowing for quiet evenings and restful nights. The bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen bed dressed in soft cotton linens for a truly comfortable sleep.

Downstairs offers spacious, inviting living areas perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The living room features comfortable seating and a warm gas-log fireplace—ideal for relaxing on cooler evenings. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you’re enjoying a quick breakfast or a family dinner before heading out.

It is probably the nicest pet-friendly place in which I have ever stayed. The unit was recently remodeled, spacious, and very clean. The furniture, especially the beds, was all top quality and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet since it is slightly tucked away from the pandemonium of Sevierville/Pigeon Forge, yet it is within 5 minutes of every attraction. Only negatives-the smoke detectors look old, and there is no carbon monoxide detector. The lack of carbon monoxide detectors is particularly worrisome since the gas log fireplace is ventless. You can smell a slight hint of propane when you enter the living room. The owner could install those detectors for a very small investment. Then, the villa would be perfect.
