Gourmet Kitchen with 9' island, Slate appliances, recessed undercounter lighting, side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door and all the utensils for those stay at home cooking nights. Master Bedroom has King Bed with sliders to Lanai, Walk in closet, Master bath with soaking tub and walk in shower. 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed, Smart TV and sliders to Lanai. 3rd Bedroom has Twin Beds and smart TV. 4th/Den has Day Bed and smart TV. Laundry Room with Speed Queen full size washer and dryer and deep laundry sink. This home is equipped for your rental pleasure with all the conveniences of home. Home was built in 2018 with all safety codes including Child pool alarm inside and out. Motorized shades on all the sliders operated from wall remote, plantation shutters throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms.
