This little home is one out of the box! Designed and built by one of Nelson’s most well loved artist/designers, Lee Woodman, it is a stunning example of modern eco living.
One large split level studio with a partitioned off sleeping space (queen); a completely separate 'sleep-out' (queen) and a pull out couch in the living area. Also a small work space.
Beautiful north facing aspect, small lawn, private, tucked in among natives and fruit trees. The property is fenced for dogs.
Easy stroll into Nelson (about 20 minutes) and 5 minutes to convenience store and takeaways. Close to bike paths and hospital.
