Book Regional was founded in July 2022 by Pete and his wife Lou, after managing their own short-stay property for several years. As demand grew from friends and property owners, Pete transitioned from real estate into short-stay management full-time.
Starting with 13 homes, the business quickly expanded thanks to Pete’s hands-on approach and focus on personalised service. Now operating across Orange, Bathurst, Oberon and surrounds, Book Regional continues to grow with a dedicated team, delivering quality property management and exceptional service to both homeowners and guests.
