Welcome to your ideal Palmetto Dunes getaway in Queens Grant—a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath pet-friendly condo perfectly suited for golfers, families, and friends vacationing together.



Tucked down a quiet hallway, both bedrooms offer privacy away from the main living space and feature renovated ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a twin rollaway stored in the closet, all linens and bedding provided, and a dedicated desk for work or planning your day. Its ensuite bath features a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom offers two full beds and a walkout to the private deck, with a newly updated ensuite bath showcasing a walk-in shower.



The open and airy living area is highlighted by high ceilings with exposed beams, creating a bright coastal feel. Relax on the queen sofa sleeper or enjoy movie nights with cable TV—the only TV in the condo for a true retreat atmosphere (no TVs in the bedrooms). There’s also a second desk in the living room, making it easy for multiple guests to work remotely if needed.



The fully stocked kitchen is designed for convenience and entertaining, featuring an eat-in bar counter, a dining area with seating for eight, and a built-in beverage fridge. A stackable washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen for guest use.



Step outside through the sliding glass doors to your private deck, complete with a gate providing direct access to the pool and surrounding grounds—perfect for easy afternoons in the sun.



Pet Friendly Guidelines: 1 dog maximum. $250 Non Refundable Pet Fee will be added to all reservations traveling with pets. No other animals are allowed without specific approval by Carolina Coast Vacations.

Guest Access:

Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes are included in your rental rate. No More than 2 Vecihles are permitted. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes.



The Neighborhood:

Explore Palmetto Dunes Resort on 50 miles of protected trails for walking, jogging, or biking. Kayak or canoe your way around the calm 11-mile saltwater lagoon. Bikes, kayaks, beach and sporting equipment can be easily rented locally. The Dunes Buggy is a complimentary seasonal shuttle service (subject to resort availability) for those who prefer to catch a ride to destinations within Palmetto Dunes & Shelter Cove Marina.



Getting Around:

The villa is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. The resort has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.



Other Things to Note:

No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the home or move it from one room or to another. NO RV's, sprinter vans or shuttles. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured. Only Queens Grant parking passes are permitted in Queens Grant parking lot. Other vehicles with passes from different complexes are subject to a citation or tow.



Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
