Phenomenal

This place is great! It is a corner unit and has ocean views from the patio side and out the front. It is 5 minutes from the train station and where all the action is. The Host was great as well, meeting us for Check-in and picking up key for checkout. It is on the third floor, so not good for the immobile

Appartement tres bien situé

Appartement spacieux, tres lumineux. Très bien placé, ce qui permet de tout faire a pied. Vu l'emplacement très bien situé, il y a forcement un peu de bruit provenant de la rue. Bonne communication avec l'hôte.

Bonjour Pascal, Merci pour votre appréciation! Concernant le nombre de personnes, je ne vous ai pas expliqué toutes les possibilités car vous n'étiez que 2, mais la voici précisément : - sur la mezzanine, les sofa est en fait un lit gigogne qui peut se transformer en grand lit double (180 de large) ou en 2 lits de 90 séparés - dans la pièce principale, le canapé peut se déplier en un lit 2 places en laissant inchangée la configuration de la pièce. Si on ajoute le lit double de la chambre que vous avez utilisée, on arrive bien au final à 6 couchages, le tout dans un espace de 55m2 avec de beaux volumes, ce qui est plus que correct par rapport aux standards des locations de bord de mer. J'espère vous avoir éclairé et serai ravi d'à nouveau vous accueillir (tous les 2 ou plus nombreux!)

Les escalier pour accéder au 2ème étage sont un raide. L’emplacement est bien situé.

Suite à votre remarque, j'ai précisé plus clairement dans l'annonce que l'appartement n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Sinon, je suis heureux que vous ayez aimé tout le reste, au point de revenir pour un 2ème séjour peu de temps après!
