Lovely house for 6 people near one of the best beaches in Mallorca, fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, barbecue, terrace with hibiscus garden and an ideal location in a quiet area close to restaurants and supermarkets.



The Adelfa house is a wonderful option for those who want to enjoy a vacation on the Alcudia beach. Spacious interiors with a large living-dining room, 3 bedrooms equipped for your comfortable rest, one of them with an ensuite bathroom. You will find another bathroom with a large bathtub next to the rooms. Perfectly equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook whatever you like. The house has air conditioning in the living room and in two bedrooms, wifi and satellite TV.



Exuberant exteriors thanks to its hibiscus flowers and other plants. Barbecue with a large table where you can enjoy outdoor meals in good company. Relax under the Mallorca sun on its two sunbeds located outside.

An ideal family property, spacious, with great air conditioning, well stocked kitchen. Fantastic location short walk to get to the beach, with plenty of restaurants near by, and lidl a 7 min walk away

Perfect location

Fantastic place so close to buses (airport and local buses) and 1 min walk from the beach. Very clean and great with air conditioning too. Well equipped apartment for family to small group.

What a lovely well equipped home we really enjoyed our stay

Only 5 minutes easy walk to a glorious beach. Very central location for restaurants and supermarkets close by even Lidl is a 10 minute walk. We will definitely be back

Lovely house close to the beach

Finally after two years with the pandemic, we got to visit Alcudia and this lovely, perfect located house once again. This was our third vacation at this property and as always we are very happy with everything.. we were 6 adults / young adults, and stayed for 11 nights… we will for sure come back next time we visit Alcudia. Gute Unterkunft in Alcudia mit kleinen Schwächen

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, und auch der Hafen sowie einige Supermärkte (Deal, Spar) und Restaurants sind bequem erreichbar. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4–6 Personen und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Besonders praktisch: Strandutensilien wie Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Insgesamt ein schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage, ideal für entspannte Tage am Meer. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen – mit kleinen Abstrichen. Die beiden 1,40 m-Betten sind für zwei Personen etwas eng, und die Dusche hatte einen leicht verstopften Abfluss. Auch stimmten die Fotos auf der Webseite nicht ganz mit dem aktuellen Zustand überein – kleinere Mängel wie eine eingerissene Liege oder eine nicht perfekt spülende Spülmaschine waren vorhanden.

Wir hatten als Familie einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus hat eine gute Größe, war sehr sauber, 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt und gut angebunden. Zudem ist es ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A un paso de la maravillosa playa. La verdad que es como estar en tu propia casa. Es verdad que es muy caro, pero al precio que tiene la isla. Me gustaría haber tenido trato directo con el propietario, no los intermediarios, pero respondían muy rápido.

Wir waren zufrieden

Wir sind 4 Personen gewesen und waren alle sehr zufrieden. Ja es gibt Kleinigkeiten die man besser machen könnte . Aber die Lage ist super alles zentral gelegen die Nähe zum Meer 3 min ist man da. Es war sehr ruhig gewesen. Die Agentur ist zu nett und sehr hilfsbereit egal was man brauchte . Wir danken für alles Verbessern kann man z.B. das der die linke große Seite vom Gasgrill funktioniert ohne das man es mit einem Streichholz anzünden muss. Die Spannbetttücher waren in dem ersten Zimmer so hart wie Stein und ein Staubsauger wäre immer super in einem Haus anstatt nur ein Besen . Was auch genervt hat draußen die Dusche die hat getropft permanent und dementsprechend konnte man nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen . Ansonsten war es s super .

Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft war hervorragend, alles war makellos sauber und gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden, was sehr praktisch war. Außerdem war die Anbindung an den Bus super, sodass man bequem und einfach die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt hier einfach nur fantastisch und ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Todo estaba muy bien, pero faltaba algo en la ducha del baño pequeño para poner el jabón.

Se fundó una bombilla en la cocina. La dueña vino muy rápido a cambiarla. Eso se agradece mucho.

La casa è curata e ben arredata con ampia possibilità di parcheggio all'esterno

Le 3 camere sono spaziose, con finestre e con armadi, i 2 bagni molto belli, il salone molto ampio e con zona divano/tv e zona soggiorno con un bel tavolo Ci sono le zanzariere e 2 spazi all'aperto. Essendo al piano terra e all'inizio della stagione estiva c'era un po' di odore di umidità ma tenendo tutto aperto poi è diminuito.

Tolle Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße

Nur 3 Gehminuten bis zum herrlichen Strand an dem man super zum Hafen Entlang von einigen Restaurants spazieren Kann. Die Lage ist perfekt für Unternehmungen auf der Insel und alle Dinge zum täglichen Leben wie Supermarkt, Apotheken oder Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder :-)
