Thoughtfully designed across two levels, the layout creates a comfortable balance between gathering spaces and private sleeping areas, making it ideal for families or couples traveling together. Light pours into the open living areas, setting a relaxed tone for your stay, whether you’re unwinding after a beach day or enjoying a quiet evening indoors with the provided books and games.

The villa features two inviting bedrooms with king beds, along with a twin Murphy bed in the loft for additional sleeping space. Step outside to your private patio and deck, where a grill and peaceful pool views create the perfect spot for morning coffee or casual dinners. Guests also enjoy access to the community pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts, plus four complimentary adult bicycles to explore the island with ease. Four backpack beach chairs are provided, making beach days simple and comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The house was perfect for our family. It was in a wonderful location and we loved being able to get around on the bikes that were included. We would definitely stay here again.

The home itself was a great fit for our family of 5. Private, quiet, and in a great location. Unfortunately the pool was closed all but one day of our stay, we did not have the bikes included with our rental on property until our second evening, and our property was not clean or ready for us to check in when we arrived right at the 4pm check in time after a very long drive. Dan the property manager was helpful and responsive.

I’m sorry the pool was closed for most of your stay — an unexpected mechanical issue required service, and while our vendor did get it running for one day, we know that didn’t give you the full experience you expected. The bikes were also delayed in delivery and didn’t arrive until the second evening; that was a coordination issue on our end and we apologize. I’m very sorry the property wasn’t clean and ready at 4:00 pm after your long drive. Housekeeping had an unexpected turnover delay; we’ve addressed it with the team, added an extra quality check between stays, and are working to improve communication around arrival readiness. Thank you for noting that Dan was helpful and responsive — we’ll share your comment with him. We appreciate your input and will use it to improve future stays. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
