This cozy holiday home is located in a side street, approx. 1 km from PLAYA LA FUSTERA, in a quiet residential area. The house is south facing and there is some sea view from the terrace.
Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within 1 km. The San Jaime golf course is around 4 km away, Moraira around 7 km and Calpe around 4 km away.

The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom en suite with tub, 1 shower room, a large living / dining room with fireplace and an open kitchen. Outside there is a large covered terrace. A staircase leads to the open terrace around the 10m x 5m pool with Roman steps, surrounded by a well-tended garden with large palm trees and a lawn. An outdoor shower is also available. In the basement there is a garage and the washing machine. There is a parking space in front of the house, within the 1,000 sqm property.

Spacious and comfortable

Excellent accommodation though, as we knew, quite a long way from shops and sea. The support staff/managers were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the advertised facilities were there and didnt disappoint. I suggest a microwave would be useful and UK TV!

Magnifique maison de vacances

Nous sommes partis à 2 couples avec un chien. La villa est parfaite si vous recherchez un endroit calme où vous reposer. Proche des commerces et de la plage, cette villa a tout pour plaire. La villa possède un garage qui permet de garder la voiture au frais durant les fortes chaleurs. Les hôtes sont incroyablement gentils et à l’écoute. Nous sommes certains d’y retourner pour de prochaines vacances.

Schöner Ort um Ferien zu machen

Das Haus liegt sehr gut in einer Villen/Ferienhaussiedlung. Eine ruhige Gegend, erhöht am Hügel mit toller Weitsicht. Großes Grundstück, wobei der hintere Teil eher vernachlässigt ist und nur eine vertrocknete Wiese darstellt-schade. Der vordere Teil mit Sitzmöglichkeiten am Tisch und tollem Pool ist ein gemütlicher Ort mit einem riesigen Olivenbaum und Palmen. Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, Aussendusche mit warmen Wasser ist ebenfalls toll! Der bewohnbare Teil des Hauses ist im oberen Geschoss, der untere besteht aus einer Garage und dem Kellerraum mit Waschmaschine (sehr dankbar) . Der untere Teil ist sehr einfach gehalten, er besteht eigentlich noch im Rohbau. Wird auch so bleiben wahrscheinlich. Küche ist gut ausgestattet (leider keine Kaffemaschine, ausser Filterkaffee). Genug grosser Kühlschrank mit grossem Tiefkühler (3 Schubladen), Backofen, Herd, Toaster, Wasserkocher etc. alles ausreichend gut im Schuss. In einem Schlafzimmer hat es leider nur ein 140m breites Bett, welches zu klein sein kann, wenn 2 Personen drin schlafen möchten. Die Matratzen waren durch als wir ankamen, aber Benjamin vom Estrella Service hat uns innerhalb eines Tages neue besorgt. TOP! Von dem Haus aus kann man bestens Ausflüge an viele Strände machen. Calpe, Fustera (Hausstrand quasi) Portet, Ampolla (super Strand für Familien) sind innerhalb von max. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein Minuspunkt gibt es, leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage. Da wirds schnell zu heiss in der Nacht.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und es alles super geklappt. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es ist genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, funktional eingerichtet und sauber .

Séjour à Benissa

Dans l’ensemble la villa était bien. Avantages: - quartier calme - Belle piscine - Grande terrasse - Soleil toute la journée - plage à 10 minutes à pied Inconvénients: - Pas d’air conditionné (mais un ventilateur) - Litterie peu confortable - de nombreuses guêpes viennent boire dans la piscine (jusque 18h +/-)

Alles gut!

Gibt im Großen und Ganzen nix zu meckern. Ein neuer Grill könnte mal angeschafft werden ansonsten alles gut.

kühler und stürmischer Aufenthalt in Benissa

Das Objekt machte einen guten Eindruck, aber da das Haus wahrscheinlich länger nicht geheizt war, war es kühl und klamm im Haus. Ich habe damit meine Erfahrungen nun gesammelt.

Superbes vacances!

L'emplacement de la maison est très bien située. La mer et les commerces sont pas loin. Maison très bien équipée. Piscine rien a dire. Le seul bémol pas de clim! Nous reviendront avec plaisir dans cette location, nous gardons l'adresse pour nos prochaines vacances en Espagne!

Excellent séjour à Casa Lago

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la tranquillité dans une maison agréable. Il n'y a rien a redire sur la prestation d'Estrella Service Costablanca. Petite maison mais suffisante pour 2 personnes (voire 4) avec la possibilité de garer la voiture dans le garage. La piscine de 10 x 5 est assez grande pour faire son petit sport tous les matins.
