Located on the first floor of the iconic Broadview Waterfront Apartments building, this one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the sweeping views across the park to the river.
Enjoy your own quiet, private sanctuary, stroll to the cafes and sample the cuisines of the restaurants, boutique shops, the crystal clear river, parks and the famous Bruns pub.

It`s a 5-minute walk through the park and across the bridge to the beautiful Bruns beach which stretches all the way to Byron Bay.
