This was an amazing get away for our family. We were there to celebrate a family wedding and it could not have been more perfect. Location was close to the venue and to the beach. The information provided by the host prior to our stay was very informative. They were also very quick to respond to questions. Easy to see why the are a prime host. For us this was a 10/10.

This is a beautiful residence. The furnishings are so comfortable but not fussy. Super relaxed beach vibe. Excellent linens and furnishings. Kitchen space is beautiful and well set up. We had a fantastic stay. The area has so much to offer and is freeway accessible to everywhere we needed to go. We loved it and will be back if the hosts will have us.

Beach house

We had a great stay in San Clemente. The house was clean and nicely finished and maintained. Our only problem was ants. They were everywhere we didn’t notice them at first but by the last few days they were everywhere in every room. We bought raid but they still came back. We spent a lot of time washing them out of our clothes. Other then the ants it was fine.

Location was ideal, house was great size for what we needed. The AC did not blow cool air so the house was very warm. There was som black mold in one of the showers. We tried communicating with the host and never heard back regarding the AC and we tried asking for a late checkout but didn’t hear back until after the checkout time.

Best Stay!

We had the best stay at this house in San Clemente! My toddler and I stayed here with my friend and her family, and the layout worked out perfectly for us. My toddler and I stayed on the bottom level while their family stayed on the second level. The kitchen and living area were on the third floor, along with two balconies. It gave everyone plenty of space while still feeling connected.The house was very clean and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, plates, and even lots of kid-friendly plates and utensils, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. They even had Native shampoo and conditioner stocked in the bathrooms, which was definitely a bonus in my eyes!The washer and dryer were also great to have, especially after beach days. There was even a hanging system set up in the garage for drying beach items, towels, and swimsuits, which was such a thoughtful touch.The house had convenient parking and garage access. There’s a trolley stop right behind the house, although it wasn’t running during our stay.We accidentally left my son’s favorite stuffed animal behind, and the Evolve team was so kind and helpful in getting it back to us. We truly appreciated the extra effort.We would absolutely stay here again!
