A tastefully designed villa located just minutes from the heart of Byron Bay. The self-contained modern studio, with spacious lounge area and sunny outdoor terrace, makes this the perfect hideaway for your next Byron Bay visit.
Please Note: We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens parties
A bright and airy apartment ideal for a single guest, couple or small family.
With luxe furnishings, king bed and modern amenities The Studio is immaculately presented.
The Studio opens onto a large sunny terrace - read a book, practice yoga or have a relaxing drink before dining at one of Byron Bay's iconic restaurants.
The Studio has air conditioning/heating.
We supply all linen, towels, bath products, tea and coffee. The kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, fridge, electric frypan, sandwich press, rice cooker and toaster oven. There is also a BBQ on the patio.
Wifi available.
The Studio sleeps a total of 2 guests. Babies under the age of 6 months old are welcome.

Please note this is a shared property. All villas are positioned in a way that creates privacy. However, we do ask guests to be mindful of noise and our neighbours.

We loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and specious with lots of natural light! The hosts were friendly, responsive and very obliging. We will be back!

Everything was great, place looked like in pictures, hosts responded very fast to any question or request we had.
The only downside for this place is location, u need car or taxi all the time, to walk to city took us a while also to the beach.
For us all worked out fine but if in Byron Bay many more locations available with better access or view.

Gorgeous apartment, felt like we were in a treehouse there was so much light in the mornings but so private. Perfect walking or driving distance from town and in a nice quiet area. Apartment had everything, even an air fryer Definitely want to stay again, loved it, thank you :

Lovely accommodation, BBQ was fab! Had everything we needed, super quiet, modern. We left some clothes behind and host quickly posted them for us which was great!

The Studio was just as stunning as the photos, very comfortable and in a great location. It made for a memorable trip to Byron would highly recommend!
