Hop in the car and you are within a quick ten-minute car ride into town with access to local ski resorts, marinas, grocery stores, and the Village. Although single level you will need to unload from the driveway and head up the adorable staircase to your slice of heaven, however once inside you are going to feel right at home here. The cozy living room offers couches for snuggling and watching the snow falling from the big open windows, a toasty fireplace, and quick access via the flowing open floor plan to the equipped kitchen and dining areas. Complete with all that you need for home cooked meals and holiday feasts, you will love relaxing after a fun day of adventures out on the trails at your adorable cottage.

Boasting three spacious sleeping quarters and two full bathrooms, there is plenty of room and privacy for each party member as you head off for a blissful night of rest. Outside the sun deck offers a great space to enjoy this quiet alpine neighborhood while sipping your first cup of coffee in the morning among the birds. The property has space for safe snow play and building that awesome snowman plus the neighborhood is great for family walks, groups trips to Oktoberfest down the street, and enjoying nature together. This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
