Fabulous on Forbes - Dunedin Favourite for Work or Play!

Relax with the whole family. Great base to use for holidaying or for contractors working in Dunedin. Easy access to beautiful Dunedin City and nearby beaches and vibrant cafe culture. Excellent travel links including bus stop right outside the front door and only 3min to the SH1 motorway. Parking available for one vehicle only on the property. Street parking also available. Fully fenced section, one small dog is okay (check first if unsure). Portable cot available for use. Friendly neighbourhood and great pub up the road (Mornington) as well as supermarket and shops. Very clean and tidy home with some sea views from the kitchen. Great backyard with washing line and BBQ. Free wifi and plenty of space to spread out.
