A few doors from Pippi Beach and a short, easy walk to town, our two-bed townhouse is a calm little base for slow Yamba days.

It’s a simple, modern, comfortable space with a south-facing outlook that catches the afternoon glow.

Two relaxed bedrooms, an easy open living space, and a small balcony where you can sit with a book and watch the sky settle into sunset.

Mornings are for wandering down to Pippi for a swim; evenings are for cooking something simple, rinsing off the sand, and settling in.

Everything you need is close, but the space stays quiet and unhurried.

Just a cosy, clean, easy spot by the beach.
