Oceanfront Condo sleeps 4
Enjoy panoramic ocean views from this meticulously maintained 1 bedroom oceanfront condo. Sip your morning coffee or your evening cocktail from the spacious deck overlooking Pine Point and Old Orchard Beach. Close enough to walk to Old Orchard pier and amusements yet far enough away to offer a peaceful escape.
Condo was completely renovated in 2025 with new kitchen, flooring, painting, and furnishings. The master bedroom has a king bed with drawers below and a large closet with shelving and additional drawers. There is a window AC unit in the bedroom that can cool the whole condo if the bedroom door is left open. The living room has a large sectional couch with a queen sofa bed and a Smart TV with basic cable. The full bathroom has a tub-shower combo. There is also in-unit laundry, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an outside shower and parking for two vehicles.
No pets allowed per condo association rules.
