The host never responded to several messages and a call regarding check in and I had to be told by customer service that I was not able to stay there after the original check in time. It took hours to receive a refund and find a new place to stay as almost every hotel was fully booked for the weekend. Would not recommend booking this property for lack of communication and nearly leaving several people stranded in a city with nowhere to stay.

Overall a great spot downtown and it was perfect for what we needed. One main thing I want to note is the sky train, it was very loud and ran from early morning to late at night. The noise was tolerable when the windows were closed but then there was no airflow and got very hot. There was a portable AC unit but it was not assembled. Communication with the host wasn’t great either, it took a very long time for my questions to be answered and some weren’t. It was a little stressful at times as I didn’t receive check in/check out instructions until very last minute.
