The Space:

Fresh & modern throughout, 'Pearl by the Sea' enjoys open plan living with reverse cycle heating & cooling. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooking & bbq for cooking up your catch of fish.



There are two bedrooms to accommodate 4 guests (1 queen & 2 king single beds). There is one bathroom with the shower over the bath. Fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

A lock up garage is provided or you can park you car on the street in front of the unit.



We are happy to meet you at the property on arrival (business hours Monday-Friday & Saturdays until 2pm) or make keys available in the lock box located at the property. Please let us know your preference.



The Neighborhood:

Tuross Head is renowned for its water ways & natural beauty. Bring your fishing rod, kayak or bicycle for an active stay. Pearl by the Sea is best suited to couples & small families.



Getting Around:

Pearl by the Sea @ Tuross Head is located on the 'Beach-Side' of town. An easy stroll away from the beachfront & shops - why not enjoy a cycle or walk along the oceanfront.

• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.



Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.



Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Pearl by the Sea @ Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 



Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The property has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons including adults & children.



A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
