Bathed in natural light, the living area flows seamlessly onto a north-facing patio, perfectly positioned to capture all-day sun and uninterrupted views of the vineyard, river, and mountains beyond.

Outdoor Area:

Set amongst the vines, the outdoor living spaces are designed for year-round enjoyment. A private spa pool and outdoor fireplace create an inviting setting to unwind, whether under crisp winter skies or during long summer evenings.

The landscaped grounds offer direct access to the Shotover River via a private walking path, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the region.

Guest Access:

Arrival instructions will be provided 48 hours prior to arrival.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and its private grounds.

Perfectly balancing seclusion and convenience, the property offers complete privacy in a serene riverside setting, with no immediate neighbours and only the gentle sounds of the river nearby.

Despite its tranquil location, the villa is just a 10-minute drive from Queenstown Airport and the vibrant shops, cafés, and amenities of Frankton.

We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor's by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor's or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
