YOUR PROPERTY
Step inside and you’ll find a beautifully maintained four-bedroom home, highlighted by a newly renovated kitchen that brings a warm, inviting feel. It’s clean, comfortable and full of character, with plenty of space for families or small groups to relax and unwind.

Outside is where this home really shines. The fully fenced yard makes it ideal for families, with space for kids to play and enjoy the fresh coastal air. Fire up the BBQ, relax around the fire pit, or challenge each other to a game of table tennis set up in the carport. There’s also play equipment to keep the little ones entertained.

Inside, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There are two smart TVs, WiFi, games and books to keep everyone entertained, plus children’s toys and books for the younger guests.

Comfort is enhanced by blackout blinds, a separate toilet, and full laundry with a washing machine and dryer, making it easy for longer stays.

All linen and towels are provided for your stay. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

INTERACTION WITH GUEST
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and leave the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform at any time during your stay, and we will provide our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
