I Sea 360...the name says it all! This vacation home has spectacular 360 degree views of the ocean and the marsh, all the way to the Sullivan's Island and the Morris light houses. The third floor, affectionately referred to as the penthouse, is a big attraction. Enjoy the bar with a sink, fridge and ice maker, 60 inch Smart TV, a half bath and two decks. The 20' X 30' ocean facing deck gives you plenty of room to enjoy sunrise yoga, afternoon happy hour and a night under the stars. The marsh facing deck encourages you to enjoy the vibrant wildlife as the tide comes in and recedes.
This 5 bedroom home has 2 Master suites, 4 full baths, and 2 half baths and even allows pets, so be sure to bring your furry friend with you. Maximum 2 dogs per reservation. Sorry, cats are not permitted.

To maximize the views from the living spaces this house has an inverted floor plan, which means that there are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on the first floor. The home boast soaring 10ft ceilings giving it an airy feel. The living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and one master bedroom is on the second floor.
The living area has a nice big kitchen with a breakfast bar and the dining table seats 10 guests. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a big TV.

The Views

This property was in a perfect location, away from the crowds. It was beautiful inside and outside! We enjoyed the marsh AND beach views! Plus it was a great dog friendly home!

Family group of 9 had plenty of space and everyone loved the view! My knees appreciated the elevator! Property Mgt company was awesome!

Christmas Family Trip

Our family and soon to be family enjoyed the Christmas holiday at your lovely home. We enjoyed the view of the lighthouse and the size of the house, so everyone had their own space. We had lots of rain during the time we were there and weren't able to see the lighthouse lit up as well as we had hoped. We enjoyed our visit.

Clean Property with Great Rooftop

This property was really clean, especially for being pet friendly. The rooftop was definitely the highlight of the trip. With views of thr ocean from 1 side and the marsh on the other there was no shortage of great views. The bonus from my perspective was protected parking in the garage with elevator to get rhe coolers up to the rooftop bar.
