The space
Your property is a spacious, private Guest Suite on the ground floor of our modern Wānaka home. We have designed this suite specifically for premium relaxation after a day of adventure, embodying the "Recharge" part of your stay.

You have a separate private bedroom, large bathroom (including a luxury deep soak bath), and a comfortable lounge/kitchenette space with a sofa bed for an extra if needed. The suite is completely self-contained with its own entrance and facilities and no access to the main house.

Guest access
You have exclusive access to the entire Guest Suite via a private, separate entrance on the lower level of the house.

Parking: Dedicated free parking on site with access to slow EV charger if needed.

Other things to note
Noise Disclosure: As the suite is attached to the main house, you may occasionally hear minimal ambient noise from above. We are highly conscious of this and maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM.

Kitchenette: The space is designed for light meals only (Microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge/freezer & dishwasher). There is no oven or stovetop but we do have an air fryer that is available on request.

Private Fencing: New fencing is now in place for enhanced privacy - photo updates are pending.

Suitability: This unit is not suitable for infants or children under 5. As we live directly above, the space is tailored for adult retreats.

Iron: We provide a hand steamer (often better than an iron) but can provide a regular iron + board on request.

Fees may apply:
- Additional guest fees as per AirBnB bookings (also covers sofa bed setup)
- Sofa Bed (Solo/Couples): $50 flat fee applies if a single guest or couple requires the sofa bed linen / setup.
- EV Charging: $10/day (currently slow 10a charger)
- Smiles: Free on request (and sometimes just thrown around willy-nilly!).
