BUNGALOW ON BURGES Ideal for both workers or families, nice and close to town
Looking to get away and have a break or do you have workers that would like a bit of space and to be able to look after themselves.
Our home in Beachlands can cater for either in a comfortable manner.
We have 3 QS rooms available, with ducted airconditioning/heating throughout the home. All of the bedrooms have roller shutters if you are doing shift work.
Good size laundry with washer and dryer and the toilet is located in this area
A beautiful kitchen set up if you don't like eating out all the time and this flows through to a good size lounge and dining area, with a dishwasher.
On the front and back verandah's seating options, or if you have children some space to run around after they have beed looking at the tourist attractions in and around Geraldton

We have been hosting air bnb for 2 years now and 15 years ago ran our last house as a genuine Bed and Breakfast. We enjoy people and hope the get to love our town like we do as long term Geraldton residents
Why they chose this property
One day this will possibly be our down sizer home so we have set it up accordingly, it is nice and flat, you don't feel cramped for space and even though we still have changes to make we can't do it all at the same time.
Lots of families like taking kids and dogs walking on the weekends here, it just feels like a nice family area

It isn't just another accommodation place, we have tried to make it homely so if you are away from your family for work you can be comfortable. If you are on holidays and need a bit of space from each other after some long car trips, make yourself a coffee and go and sit out the front or the back and just relax and unwind
