It's a lovely spot in the country on the edge of Duncan, BC - a beautiful garden, lots of trees and roosters to wake you in the morning. It feels like a farm in the woods, but is less than a 10 minute drive to all the stores and a couple of tasty brunch restaurants. Our only minor issue was solved quickly by the attentive hosting team. Everything was "as promised." We would stay there again.
Nice stone and wood features throughout. Your front yard is Cari’s garden of flowers, berries , fruit trees etc. During my four days a rooster woke me up but somehow was not intrusive. One morning as I sat outside drinking coffee I heard the sound of a drum Cari singing in the red yurt you can barely see through the garden. She is a classically trained vocalist. A good way to start your day.She is a busy woman hoosting a variety of events but was very helpful and friendly when you needed her. A gem imo.
