The Space:

Located in the heart of Point Dume, The Dume Estate offers a rare amount of space in one of Malibu's most sought-after neighborhoods. Set on nearly three-quarters of an acre, the estate features a beautifully renovated main residence, detached guest house, resort-style pool and spa, expansive lawns, and seamless indoor-outdoor living just moments from the beach.



The main residence welcomes guests with bright, open interiors, warm wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and thoughtfully curated living spaces. The living room is anchored by a fireplace and flows effortlessly into the dining area and kitchen, creating a natural setting for gathering, entertaining, and everyday living.



Accommodations are thoughtfully distributed across three separate structures, providing both comfort and flexibility for a variety of group configurations. The Main House features four king bedrooms, while the Pool House offers one queen bedroom and a separate room with two twin beds. The Gym House serves as a private guest retreat with its own king bedroom. In total, the estate offers seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, including three private en-suite bedrooms, with the primary en-suite featuring a luxury steam shower.



Positioned separately from the main home, the detached guest house offers an added layer of privacy and flexibility. Complete with its own kitchen, living area, and laundry facilities, it provides additional space for guests while remaining just steps from the main residence.



The outdoor experience is equally impressive. Manicured lawns, mature landscaping, a resort-style pool and spa, outdoor dining areas, and multiple lounge spaces create an environment designed around Malibu's year-round indoor-outdoor lifestyle.



Guests are just minutes from Point Dume Village, Zuma Beach, Westward Beach, scenic coastal trails, and some of Malibu's most celebrated dining destinations. A private Moke is also provided, offering a distinctive way to explore the neighborhood and surrounding coastline.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire estate, including the main residence, detached guest house, pool and spa, landscaped grounds, and all outdoor living areas. Private parking and a dedicated Moke are also provided for the duration of your stay.

Located in Malibu's coveted Point Dume neighborhood, guests are minutes from Westward Beach, Point Dume State Beach, and Point Dume Village. Known for its privacy, coastal beauty, and laid-back sophistication, Point Dume offers easy access to Malibu's beaches, cafés, restaurants, hiking trails, and local boutiques.



Getting Around:

As a Stay Awhile guest, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your rental car at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas, all of our cars are well-optioned vehicles, ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
