Your own private oasis! Malibu Sand Suite #12 forms part of a multi-unit complex compromised of 6 apartments and 1 main house. Thoughtfully curated for those seeking a quiet retreat.



This particular unit is a spacious 1 bedroom with 1 pullout sofa perfect for families or friends travelling. Comfortable King-size bed fully outfitted in luxurious, hotel-grade linens. Exquisite bathroom with graft rain shower, LED-lit vanity mirror, Toto Neorest toilet and everyday essentials.



Open living space, with a comfortable sofa bed, flat screen TV and large glass doors

opening up to the garden patio. Perfect inside-outside atmosphere.



Stunning kitchenette with a dining nook, allowing you to feel right at home.



Quality finishes are found throughout the property, where you always have enough space to enjoy friends and family. Great location for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing.



Free parking on-site on a first come first serve basis. The current beach access is located at the public access point located just a few hundred feet down.



Walk to the Malibu Pier. Steps away from Nobu, the SoHo House, and seconds away from the sand. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles away and is reachable by foot or car. Whole Foods grocery store is nearby.



We offer full concierge services upon request, including luxury car rental services, to ensure a 5-star experience during your stay.



Coastal living at its best!



**All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee, shown at checkout. A 3.55% processing fee also applies to any additional service charges, including pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, pool heating, and similar services. The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available. Guests wishing to pay by bank wire must notify our team prior to booking so we can provide instructions and ensure the correct payment method is arranged.



Guest Access:

Please note that guests who are staying in the Malibu Sand suites do not have access to the elevated beach surface at Malibu Sand or the elevated beach surface at SA Beach which is the property that we manage next door. There is a house on the Malibu Sand property that rents completely separate from the suites. The elevated beach surface and the rooftop jacuzzi area are reserved for the house. If you'd like to rent a suite and have access to an elevated beach surface with sand and lounge chairs, please rent one of our SA Beach suites next door! Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).



The Neighborhood:

Dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals Carbon Beach has become one of the most popular and requested beaches in Malibu. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and sunbathing. Steps away from Nobu and SoHo House and seconds from the sand. You can walk to Surfrider Beach and the Malibu Pier from the beach access onsite. Walk down to the Country Mart and experience the best restaurants and shops Malibu has to offer. New center for grocery shopping with new shops opening everyday.



Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.



Getting Around:

Malibu Sand Suites are located in the heart of Malibu within walking distance to the Malibu Pier and just steps away from Malibu's most iconic beach, Carbon Beach. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles and is reachable by foot or car.



Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your rental car at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas, all of our cars are well-optioned vehicles, ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
