Property was lovely, there were a few unexpected surprises but Erin was very attentive even tho she was in the USA, she responded to my texts immediately. The tenant kind of freaked us out at first but was not an issue. The house is beautiful and am considering next year to rent again. I hope we were good tenants and other than the stairs (I was with my 90 year old mum) so she didn’t like all the stairs but all the lighting made it better for her. Like I said, a beautiful home and mostly all we needed.
We love this place! There were normal little things that come up in a stay and our host Erin was quick to reply and help. The outdoor space was incredible and made our time so fun. We sat outside as a family and loved the comfortable seating and basketball court. The location in the Westshore is really perfect. 5 minutes to beaches and groceries. We will stay here again! Some details- comfortable but firm beds. There was no bathroom shampoos or body wash provided which would have been nice but we managed. The listing doesn’t state this but there are a lot of stairs so if you are traveling with people with mobility issues it is challenging. There is also a tenant on the property that we didn’t know about. There were no issues at all with him but it was a little alarming to have someone on the property that we didn’t expect. Our host was quick to put our minds at ease so it wasn’t an issue in the end.

Why they chose this property
What we enjoy most about this neighbourhood's scene is the exclusivity of being only 1 of 5 single family homes on our street of oversized large lot properties.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property unique is its land size compared to other rentals. We wanted a backyard to enjoy with our friends and extended family members. This property is at its best when you're able to enjoy its outdoor space.
