Loved this property and Elva was a fantastic host! Super quick drive off the highway, kitchen stocked with absolutely everything you might need, and equipped with washer/dryer. Elva knows the area so well and is super responsive, and has thought of every detail in this home. Would visit again.

Host was great with giving us details of the property. This is a nice quite property with the sound of the creek running through it. I can't wait to see how it is when they finish all the little projects around the property.

A wonderful accommodation and a great home base for our trips through the National Parks. We didn't know what to expect from a container home, but this one has just about everything you'll need and more! We also got great suggestions for trips and restaurants from our hosts, who made us feel very welcome and helped us whenever we had any questions. 10/10.

We could not have been more happy with our stay! Elva was very welcoming and even offered to drop by to recommend some local activities and show us around the property. She was also very responsive to communication. We had an issue with the hot water during our stay, but Elva and Gerry promptly helped with resolving the issue. The backyard had some items and tall grass, but the rest of the property was well maintained with flowers and beautiful views of the mountains. The inside was also very clean. The creek was special as well. There is nothing more peaceful than falling asleep to the sound of a gentle stream. The location is convenient and there are incredible views on the entire drive towards both Banff and Jasper National Parks. There are also some nice places to eat in the nearby town of Golden. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique place to stay. Elva and Gerry have done a great job with creating a welcoming place for travelers to enjoy the beauty of Canada. Thank you, Elva and Gerry, for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful spot to stay!! Elva is a wonderful host that clearly has a passion for making people feel welcome and providing a good experience with many memories! The creek behind the property is definitely a highlight! We spent many hours enjoying the fresh water and searching for BC river Jade, another fun experience the property offers! The inside was clean and very comfy! Everything was fully stocked and provided everything you need to feel at home! Thank you for the great stay Elva and family!
