Located in Gasoline Alley just off Highway 2 which is the major highway between Calgary and Edmonton. Also easy access to Highway 2A

Located less then 5 minutes to restaurants, movie theatre, indoor rock climbing, indoor pickleball courts, indoor farmers market, and the Westerner Grounds for concerts, hockey games, major events and more.

20 minute drive to Sylvan Lake - a fun destination to hang out in the summer for fishing, boating and beach time.

7 minute drive to Red Deer Regional Airport.

Located in a safe residential quiet area.

Please note there is NO Air-Condition, portable fans available in the home if needed.
