Guests have exclusive use of the studio, its private porch and outdoor kitchenette. The building is located on a quiet property off Blocks Road, Leasingham, with on‑site parking available. Check‑in begins at 3 pm and check‑out is by 10 am, with self‑check‑in via secure lockbox for ease and privacy.

Managed by Blocks Road, your stay is self‑contained for complete privacy, but we remain available via message or phone should you need assistance or local recommendations during your visit.

This studio shares its historic homestead building with another unit — each are fully sound‑separated with private entrances and outdoor areas. You’ll enjoy total privacy and quiet while staying in a creative, character‑rich setting.

No smoking inside; outdoor area only.

Pets are not permitted.

Please leave the space tidy; additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.

Turn right off Horrocks Hwy at Leasingham on to Mintaro Rd, then take the first right turn on to Blocks Rd. We are the first property on your right. You will receive detailed instructions prior to arrival, then an SMS with your lock code when your accommodation is ready for arrival.
