Spacious 2 BR, 1 1/2 baths, with hot tub, pool table, large full kitchen and outside room. The "outside room" invites you to relax under the twin maple trees and enjoy the hot tub, rocking chairs and porch swing in the trees, with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This property is a duplex, completely private with the 2 bedrooms and full bath located on the second floor, providing more privacy away from the main living space. The outside room with hot tub is completely enclosed with a privacy fence and is totally private and exclusive to this side of the duplex. There are no shared spaces except the parking. Just 11 minutes to nearest winery and only 20 minutes to Cedar Lake, 20 minutes to Cache River, 20 minutes to Giant City State Park and close to many wineries, this cozy home is the perfect retreat to come back to after a day of exploring the beautiful Shawnee Hills.

This is our second time staying at the house. We love the space, especially that it has a hot tub and pool table! The only draw back is that it is on a very busy, loud street and the town seems to have a lot of trains! So, it was a bit loud for us to sleep well. But, other than that, we love it!

Absolutely stunning!
