Cozy Finca house in Santa Gertrudis - great for groups and families

An exclusive country house on a beautiful hillside near great beaches and Santa Gertrudis village. This is an historic 19th-century house which has been converted into an elegant and luxurious holiday home - with five bedrooms all with flat screen tvs, six bathrooms, pretty gardens and a large pool with gorgeous views.

The main house has a large lounge and a dining room on the ground floor, a kitchen opening onto the terrace, a double bedroom and a family bathroom.

On the first floor there s a second lounge, a terrace, an en-suite double bedroom and an en-suite twin room. Through a separate entrance at the side of the property you will find a further two en-suite bedrooms over two floors, with the added bonus of a second kitchen and a living room. This part of the villa also has an upper terrace area that allows entry in to the main house.

The gardens are totally private and full of colour. There are many terraces here, lots of garden furniture, a large pool with a separate childrens area, and a smart poolside deck with a barbecue casita, and a pool shower-bathroom.

This is a beautiful house in a gorgeous setting, surrounded by trees and hillsides. It s really well appointed and there s plenty of room and privacy for everyone on a holiday with two families or a break with friends. Its very central so close to great beaches and just a short drive from Santa Gertrudis and other villages.

Lovely villa in quiet area of Ibiza

Loved the house but especially the beautiful gardens and pool area. Great for large family gathering or group of friends. Gorgeous garden with orange trees and figs. Such a lovely peaceful spot!

Great Property for Friends Reunion

Had an amazing time cycling round ibiza - quiet, beautiful, perfect. Great restaurants in Santa Gertrudis - also Paloma in Sant Lorenc, Aubergine near sant Miguel and Cafe Giri in Sant Joan - all amazing. The villa was amazing - spotlessly clean, spacious, many sitting areas - loved it.

Beautiful and traditional private escape

We had 2 amazingly lovely week at this villa. It is set in a gorgeous location, with lots of grounds and fruit trees. Our family of five loved picking oranges in the morning and making fresh juice. The pool area is just heavenly. We had plenty of lazy days just chilling and eating out there. The villa is in a traditional finca style with very thick walls. It felt cool and nice on the warm summer days, with AC to cool down the bedrooms. You are in a private location, but very close to Santa Gertrudis which has a lot to offer in terms of culture, restaurants and shopping. You do need a car, as this villa is on a dirt road off the main road. The other thing to mention is that this house is perfect for sharing, as there is a guest wing with two bedrooms and ensuite with a separate entrance door. Kitchen is fairly small, but has all the equipment you need. Beautiful garden and grounds. The kids loved the little fish pond with the frogs.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, um die Ferien mit der Familie oder in einer Gruppe zu verbringen.

Die Finca ist wunderbar inmitten von Orangenbäumen gelegen. In 5 Minuten fährt man in den super schönen Ort Santa Gertrudis mit vielen schönen Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und den Grill haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Eine Tischtennisplatte gibt es auch, bietet jede Menge Spaß für groß und klein. Das Haus ist super sauber, zur Wochenmitte würde sogar noch einmal gereinigt. Vom Verwalter würden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Er hat alles erklärt und uns zusätzlich noch bei der Abstimmung nach einer Autopanne geholfen. Die Kommunikation war toll, jede Frage wurde super schnell beantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne Finca

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum entspannen inmitten von Ztronen und Orangenbäumen, wir haben uns in diese Finca verliebt die keine Wünsche offen lässt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir können euch diese saubere , grosse, wunderschöne Finca sehr empfehlen.

Diese Finca ist bezahlbar und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mit viel Liebe wurde dieses Objekt ausschließlich von der Familie gebaut. Die Lage und die Umgebung sind traumhaft schön. Für einen guten Support und immer gut gelaunt, sorgen Arno und Angela von IbizaHaus. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Traumhafte Finca mit viel Platz

Diese Finca ist ein Traum für alle Familien und Gruppen, Auch mit kleinen Kindern! Das Anwesen liegt sehr schön ruhig, aber dennoch so zentral, dass man Sante Gertrudis schnell mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen erreichen kann. In Santa Gertrudis findet man alles was man benötigt, Banken, Restaurants, Kneipen, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Spielplätze und sehr schönes Kunsthandwerk. Die Anlage mit dem grossen Pool und dem Kinderpool ist einfach ein Traum! Sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt! Die Eigentümer der Finca kommen zweimal die Woche und reinigen das Haus, sowie den Aussenbereich. Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Waschmaschine, Trockner alles ist vorhanden und im besten Zustand. Auch die Vorbereitung und die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist fabelhaft! Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorwege, und sollte mal ein Problem auftreten ist sofort jemand zur Stelle. Ein Auto zu mieten ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, aber das sollte man auf ganz Ibiza berücksichtigen. Wir haben hier einen traumhaften Urlaub 2013 verbracht und kommen immer gerne wieder!
