• Holiday house with 60 m2 living space for up to 2 people

• Eat-in kitchen with cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer and washing machine integrated (no oven) and three dining places

• Air-conditioned bedroom (air conditioning) with double bed (140 x 200 cm, single mattresses) and wardrobe

• air-conditioned living room with leather sofa, armchair with ottoman, table and flat-screen TV (satellite connection, mainly German channels)

• small bathroom with sink, toilet and shower

• bright (not air-conditioned) through room to the terrace with single bed (90 x 200 cm) and seating,

• Covered and lockable parking space on the property

• Pillows, blankets, covers, towels (one towel / person) included in the rental price,

• Access doors and windows of the house are secured by bars, as is the access to the parking space.



Garden with small terrace, own palm tree, view over Denia and in the distance to the sea. Lemons, medlar, mandarins, grapes or apricots are welcome to be harvested. The garden is maintained and watered by a gardener. Two garden loungers and folding chairs, as well as a garden table are available.

Use of the large, well-kept community pool area with a view of the Montgo, consisting of an over 200m2 adult swimming pool and a paddling pool for small children (July and August with lifeguards), a large garden area with a shaded pergola and several large palm trees.

Top Haus, Top Lage

In sehr ruhiger Lage in einer schönen Ecke Richtung Montgo. Trotzdem ist man mit Mietwagen (empfiehlt sich) in 5 Minuten bei allen gängigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, in 10-15 Minuten an allen anderen Orten und Stränden von Dénia. Das Haus hat eigentlich alles, was man für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt benötigt. Neue Küche, die selbst Kochen ebenfalls einfach macht - fairerweise aber ohne Ofenware, der Mikrowellenofen war mir persönlich dann doch zu kompliziert, geht aber auch echt mal ohne TK im Urlaub. Der schöne Garten lädt zum Sonnen (hat man dort sehr schön ab dem Nachmittag) und Verweilen ein. Auch in der Poolanlage lässt es sich aushalten, die teilt man sich zwar mit anderen Urlaubern, aber war während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht annähernd überfüllt oder unangenehm voll. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und ziehen das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder in Erwägung bei zukünftigen Urlaubsplanungen.

Great place

Well located, only a short drive for shops, beach and into mountains; very quiet neighbourhood. Lovely area to road cycle around. Property was very clean and tidy. The key holder was excellent - Thank you! The week went far to quickly!

Bonne location cependant il a été impossible d'utiliser la pièce a effet de seconde chambre car il n y avait pas de climatisation ni de moustiquaire. (Piece donnant sur le jardin) .Impossible donc à la 3ème personne d'y dormir. Climatisation de la pièce a vivre vétuste. Correct dans l ensemble. Bon accueil de la réceptionniste.

Wir haben wundervolle Ferien bei Ihnen verbracht. Tolles Haus, schöner Garten, wunderschöner Pool. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Die Strände in der Nähe sind abwechslungsreich und nicht überfüllt, die Stadt bietet alles was man braucht. Gerne mal wieder Familie Bajer

La casa está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila y es muy acogedora. Todo estaba perfecto y si tengo que destacar algo es que estaba muy limpia. La chica que nos entregó las llaves es muy atenta y amable. Sin lugar a dudas será un sitio donde volveré.

Alles voor een heerlijk verblijf

De woning is perfect voor 3 personen. Zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn zeer goed en de verkoeling van de airco zorgt voor goede nachtrust. De tuin is in orde. Het is jammer dat er geen (overdekt) terras is en de verbinding tussen de tuin en het huis zou met bijvoorbeeld tuindeuren beter kunnen. De omgeving is prachtig, het zwembad perfect. Denia is een erg leuke stad. Supermarkt, restaurants, strand, alles is binnen handbereik. Zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Schöne Auszeit

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos. Vor Ort wurden wir pünktlichst begrüßt und in die Anlage sehr detailiert eingewiesen. Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr gefallen hat uns der Ordner, in den Vorschläge zu Restaurants und Ausflügen vorhanden sind sowie auch Adressen und Telefonnummern von Ärzten etc. Wirklich großes Lob ....vorbildlich. Uns hat die große Pool-Anlage gefallen, die sehr sauber ist und während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr spärlich besucht war. Wir haben die Costa Blanca erkundet und werden auf jeden Fall wieder nach Denia kommen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen gut möglich war. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind prima, auch wenn man dafür das Auto benutzen musste. Im Garten konnten wir uns sehr gut aufhalten, ohne dass die Nachbarn einen Einblick hatten.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhäuschen ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles ist vorhanden, sauber und zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Im September war es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Vom Pool aus hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf den Montgo. Nicht weit vom Haus entfernt gibt es ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant Merendero Gallego Denia. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann auch ins Städtchen laufen und das Auto stehen lassen. Alles super!

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil in supertoller Gegend

Das Ferienhaus kann man nur als perfekt ausgestattet beurteilen. (Bis auf fehlendes WiFi - aber zu vernachlässigen wg. des tollen neuen Satelliten-TV). Sehr ruhige Ferienanlage mit netten Nachbarn, uneinsehbarer Terrasse und schönem kleinen schattigen Garten. Wir haben in diesen 2 Wochen bis auf 2 Tage (1xWanderung Montgo, 1xValencia) jeden Tag mit unseren mitgebrachten Rennrädern Touren durch die traumhaft schöne und vielseitige Gegend gemacht: Flache Passagen durch das weitläufige Tal mit dem betörenden Duft der Orangen und Zitronen und anspruchsvolle Runden über die umliegenden Berge mit einwandfreien Straßen, so gut wie keinem Autoverkehr und tollen Aussichten - einfach gewaltig. Im Vergleich zu Mallorca abwechslungsreicher und unerschöpflich. Ebenfalls war das Klima noch einen Tick besser als auf der Insel. Anschließend war eine Runde im großen Swimmingpool herrlich erfrischend. Das Meer war auch viel wärmer als im Web angegeben und wir konnten auch schon darin schwimmen. Würden immer wieder gerne wiederkommen. Muchos Grazias. Hans & Anita

Gemütliches Häuschen am Fuße des Montgo

Die Anmietung klappte problemlos. Innerhalb weniger Stunden erhielten wir per E-Mail die Zusage und den Vertragsentwurf mit weiteren informativen Hinweisen. Bei der Autobahnausfahrt nach Denia verständigten wir die beauftragte spanische Nachbarin über unser Kommen. Sie übergab uns die Schlüssel und erklärte uns das Haus und seinen Inhalt gut und ausführlich in Englisch. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet; die Betten sind bequem. In der Küchenzeile findet man alles, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Das Bad ist hell und freundlich. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage, die wir wegen des frühen Zeitpunkts im Jahr aus Heizung benutzten, funktionierte störungsfrei und geräuscharm. Der kleine Garten erfreut mit einer großen Palme sowie einem Kirsch- und einem Zitronenbaum. Liegestühle, Sitzgelegenheiten und Strandequipment sind vorhanden. Der Swimmingpool ist in einer Minute zu erreichen. Die Lage unterhalb des Montgo ist sehr ruhig und gut geeignet, um von dort aus zum Wandern aufzubrechen oder in wenigen Minuten per (vorhandenen) Fahrrädern oder mit dem Auto ans Meer zu kommen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in kurzer Fahrweite. Ein Ordner mit hilfreichen Infos liegt im Wohnzimmer. Die Rückgabe des Mietobjekts verlief problem- und reibungslos. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil rückhaltlos empfehlen und werden uns gerne wieder dort einmieten, wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind.

Quiet location

Quiet location, 2km from the city. Clean and comfortable. It is a pity it was very cold and we couldn't enjoy the beautiful garden nor the swimming pool.. Everything ran smoothly with the owner and the housekeeper. The Restaurant near the house is worth a visit!

zentrumsnah, ruhig und günstig

wirklich alles ist da, gepflegte, gediegene möblierung, die fahrräder brauchten nur ein wenig kettenöl und luft im reifen, gute betreuung, für 2 bis drei menschen sehr zu empfehlen..... dafür dass es in denia diesmal fast so kalt war wie im rheinland kann nur der wettergott.....

Why they chose this property

The house is in Family Ownership for more than 25 years. It is like a second home to us. We love the nice calm neighborhood, with international neighbors coming from England, Spain, Switzerland, Finland, France, Netherlands and Germany. It is the perfect place for a relaxing stay.
I like the fact that the house isn’t in the hustle and bustle of the city centre or the beach promenade. It feels more Spanish here and less touristy. Even so, I’m only a few minutes’ drive from the beach, the harbour or the Marques de Campo.

What makes this property unique

You can enjoy a wonderful terace looking to the Mountains and the garden, where you are all by yourself. You can feel at home, since we keep the house renovated and improve commodities every year with love to Detail. You can swim in a big Pool with Mountain View, where lots of times Nobody is in. If your stay is in Summer, well climated rooms keep you at temperature during siesta time. You can start your hike on top or around the famous mountain Montgó directly from the house!
