Modern Oasis with Pool in the Valley of the Sun

Recently remodeled ranch-style home in the heart of Tempe provides the perfect launching pad for exploring all that the Valley of the Sun has to offer. The house is set on a quiet street with a recently refinished pool and backyard that provide a peaceful retreat, while still being close to everything fun and wonderful that Tempe, Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer.

The space
All the comforts of home! Each bedroom offers memory foam mattresses and smart TVs. Modern kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials you will need including a dishwasher, filtered water/ice maker, margarita machine and keurig
and coffee pot, depending on your preference (coffee grinder also available), overlooking the living room with a 65" TV / media centre. Game room off the pool has darts, poker table, Golden Tee arcade game, board games and TV over the fireplace. The newly resurfaced pool and pool deck have comfortable patio furniture, loungers with table / umbrella & a fire pit to make the beautiful AZ weather even more enjoyable. There is also a whole-home water filtration system and washing machine/dryer available for your use.

Guest access
The front door has an electronic keypad. A personal code will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note
No cable TV, however the TVs in both the living room, the game room and all bedrooms are Smart TVs that include Netflix & Hulu.

Absolutely great place to stay! The location was fantastic and made the perfect home base while bringing our daughter back to ASU. The house was incredibly clean, the layout was great, and the pool area was beautiful. Felicia was a wonderful host and always responded to our messages very quickly. I highly recommend this house and will absolutely stay here again when we return to visit our daughter!

We were here for our daughter’s graduation from ASU. The home was exactly as described. We were four adults and there was plenty of room to relax and hang out. The pool was clean and refreshing. Felicia was very responsive.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The interior is open, light and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of room to spread out and give everyone some space. The kitchen has everything you need and the pool area in the back yard is very nice as well.

Like a Good Friend’s House

Staying here felt like staying at a good friend’s house. It was clean and nicely decorated, with a cabinet full of board games and everything we needed to enjoy our downtime. The backyard was beautiful and the grill was great. We had four adults and two kids and this was plenty of space. We loved staying here!

We love to use short term rentals when we travel because it really gives you the feel of a neighborhood, which staying in hotels isn't able to do. We love getting to share this slice of paradise with others exploring Tempe. I grew up in this house, so it is extra special to me!

Why they chose this property

The property is centrally-located to so much the Valley has to offer. It is especially convenient for parents visiting ASU students (only 1 mile from campus), but is also close to all of the freeways allowing easy access to all of the major attractions. The pool is a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring.
