Close to the beach, family-friendly, quiet, cozy, also ideal for golfers

Enjoy your vacation in our lovingly furnished house. Quietly located in close proximity to the picturesque beaches of Praia do Pintadinho (5 minutes on foot) and Praia dos Caneiros (10 minutes on foot). This beach has been awarded the 'blue flag' in particular for its good water quality. In a few minutes you can reach 4 beautiful golf courses. Vale do Pinto and Gramacho are 6 km away, Pestana Alto Golf 10 km and Pestana Silves Golf 13 km.

The large and beautifully landscaped garden offers cozy corners and places to relax. The grill area with 2 grill places allows for carefree barbecue fun even when fully occupied by 8 people.

The 12m long pool can be heated and is suitable for splashing around for small children thanks to the stairs that run across the entire width.

Water toys and other toys are available. In the game room a a table football device and a darts game are available.

The house has 4 bedrooms (8 beds). 2 with en-suite bathrooms. There is another separate bathroom as well as a guest toilet and an outside toilet. 2 bedrooms have their own roof terrace. There is another barbecue area on the top 3 roof terrace. In the cozy lounge corner with a view of the nearby Atlantic, you can calmly end the day and enjoy the sunset.

Both the living room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace and the garden. The slightly higher terrace in the area of the dining room and the kitchen can be locked childproof.

Alarm system with direct call to the police and ambulance (at the touch of a button, also in the event of an accident, etc.), air conditioning, satellite TV, including English and German channels, Internet via WiFi, DVD player and docking station for iphone and ipod are available. Likewise, a large number of DVDs for children and young people as well as books in English and German. Bed linen and towels for bath and pool are available. A maid service takes care of changing the bed linen and towels as well as cleanliness.

Fantastic Family holiday location

We are a family of 8, over 3 generations, who had a fantastic stay in this lovely property. The property is spacious, well furnished and appointed and well maintained. Fully recommend to anyone wanting a great base for exploring the fantastic Algrave.

Family Holiday

In my opinion a combination of poor property preparation / local management, coupled with noise from a construction site opposite the villa, a faulty dishwasher not working until several days after our arrival, a selection of torn / old sun lounger cushions, a rickety / potentially unsafe dining table on the terrace, together with annoying issues such as flat / missing batteries in certain remote controls combined to make this a disappointing choice for a family holiday.

Beautiful villa in the most relaxing setting !

We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful villa. Its has everything you could wish for and more ! From the huge heated swimming pool to the amazing top floor veranda, it is just perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals or there are restaurants within walking distance if you would prefer to eat out. There is a lovely beach within walking distance where there is also a fantastic fish restaurant. The house has 2 barbeque areas also so there is lots of choice. The beds in the villa were so comfortable it was hard to get the kids out of them in the morning ! I would advise to rent a car so you can get to the shops and explore all the wonderful beaches that are in the area. There is also a games room in the villa which the children really enjoyed but I have to say the star of the villa for the kids was the pool ! The views from the top floor balcony are to die for and I enjoyed watching the sunset whilst sipping a lovely glass of Portuguese red wine - pure bliss. We were very well looked after by the property manager, Anton and the lovely cleaning lady who came mid week and spruced up the place for us. All in all I would 100% recommend this lovely villa and I will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic, well equiped villa in beautifull surroundings.

The villa has every conceivable home comfort you could wish for making a very relaxing holiday & the owner, manager & cleaner are very accommodating & helpfull with any queries or questions which makes the whole experience run very smoothly. I cant fault the villa or location & will be returning again

Fantastic Villa experience, fabulous holiday....

Having just returned from this fabulous villa in Ferragudo. A family of 8have thoroughly enjoyed living there for the last seven nights. The villa has the wow factor, luxurious immaculate, near various beaches, different areas of the house for different times of the day, including roof top terrace for star gazing and seeing shooting stars. Fabulous private pool for endless hours of fun..... Thanks to the Owners, Villa Manager Anton and Christina for a fabulous week in the sun... We would highly recommend going to this dream Villa! Perfect house, perfect location, Perfect time

We have passed a very pleasure moment with our family. All comfort is there, and the location is so well equipped. Just after 5 minutes walking, you are at the beach, and make a tour. Eating at the restaurant belong the beach, or just relax. Our kids, have appreciated the house, and we are so sure coming back again in the future.

Un agreable séjour en Algarve!

Nous étions 7 personnes durant le séjour. Très bon accueil de Mr Anton à notre arrivée qui nous a donné un maximmum d'informations. La maison est très agréable et bien située à proximité de la plage de Ferragudo. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables; 2 d'entre-elles ont une terrasse. Possibilité de manger dans la salle à manger, sur le balcon ou sur la terrasse près de la piscine. Le barbecue a été très apprécié. Le salon est spacieux et la salle de jeux a été apréciée par les enfants ...et les parents aussi. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il manquerait une cafetière électrique car la cafetière est un peu sous-dimensionnée pour les amateurs de café. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. La femme de ménage est venue 2 fois pendant notre séjour et elle est très discrète. Les plages de FERRAGUDO sont très propres et nous avons pu nous baigner pendant tout notre séjour, de même dans la piscine. Nous garderons un magnifique souvenir dans cette villa de luxe!

Die Bilder des Hauses versprachen nicht zu viel. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam wurden wir von einer Freundin des Hauses willkommen geheißen, eingewiesen und bestens betreut. Der Zustand der Villa war äußerst sauber und gepflegt und wurde regelmäßig von einer Zugehfrau gereinigt. Die geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Villa machten unseren Urlaub mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar zu einem entspannten Urlaub - und das trotz Regens. Das beheizte Schwimmbad und die Gartenanlage befinden sich ebenfalls in einem Topzustand. Es ist schön, wenn man sich wohlfühlt. Die Inhaberin des Hauses meldete sich telefonisch und prüfte unsere Zufriedenheit, um etwaige Unklarheiten abstellen zu können. Das Meer ist über einen Schleichweg in kürzester Zeit erreichbar und eine Strandbar in unmittelbarer Nähe. Durch die gute Lage des Hauses sich herrliche Wanderungen möglich. Der Ort Ferragudo ist, was ein Glück, noch ein bisschen verschlafen und verträumt. Besonders das Italienische Restaurant mit seinen freundlichen Inhabern hatte es uns angetan - wenn wir nicht in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche "unseres Traumhauses" gekocht haben. Wir kommen gerne und in jedem Fall wieder und wünschen uns, dass auch die Vermieter mit uns als Gästen zufrieden waren.

Great villa, like new, very well looked after

Summer 2013 we stayed 2 weeks in this lovely villa. It is like new, very well looked after. Even better than the pictures. Good pool and full privacy garden. Inside the house is very spacy and it has various terraces. Nice location, very close to beaches, too! Compared to other villa's in the Algarve we have rented in previous years this one is definitely a good choice we would recommend (but not to many because we want to go back ourselves too!) JNBB

Traumhafter Urlaub in toller Villa!

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem echten Traumhaus verbracht. Die Kinder konnten nach Herzenslust im beheizten Pool herumtollen. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses ist hochwertig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Elternschlafzimmer hat nicht nur ein eigenes Bad, sondern auch einen Balkon, von dem man bis zum Meer blickt. Die Dachterasse eignet sich super um einen Sundowner einzunehmen. Die große Küche ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Man hat von Ferragudo die Möglichkeit zu vielen sehr schönen Stränden oder Ausflügen zu starten. Die Vermietung lief sehr angenhem und unkompliziert. Ebenfalls die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Wir können dieses Traumhaus Familien, auch mit gehobeneren Ansprüchen, hundertprozentig weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!! Danke für einen tollen Urlaub.

Very comfortable and cosy family home

In nice area in Ferragudo, near to the very nice beach of Caneiros, this lovely villa is situated. The garden offers all you need to enjoy the Algarve sun, with a good sized pool, nice BBQ, and good terrace facilities. Inside the house is very comfortable, and the play area with table soccer and table tennis offers more fun for the kids. All equipment is in very good shape, so this villa offers all a family need! Also some nice restaurants in walking distance available.
