The holiday villa is located in a quiet residential area just outside (above, with a great view of the lights) the city of Portimaõ.
The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with a double bed (1.80x2.00). The beds can also be placed individually. A baby bed is also set up on request.
The adjoining bathrooms are functionally equipped with shower, toilet, vanity and PD. A guest toilet is also available.
The large living room has a fireplace, flat-screen TV (German television), 2 large sofas, a TV armchair, a dining table and chairs, and a desk. A sofa can also be converted into a sleeping facility. Free WiFi access is also available to guests.
The kitchen with pantry and laundry room (washing machine and dryer) connects directly to the living room. In the kitchen there is a stove with oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, slicer, egg cooker, sufficient dishes, microwave and much more that your heart desires. Guests who like to grill are also catered for. There is also a small grill in the storage room on the large terrace.
The terrace extends over the entire length of the house and is accessible via 2 doors in the living room and 1 door in the kitchen. Of course, it is covered and offers the opportunity to sit in the fresh air even on rainy days. A children's chair is also available.
The large pool with heating (on request and for a small surcharge) connects directly to the terrace. A variety of loungers with cushions are available to guests.
The garden extends behind the terrace area. A hedge protects it from views from the street. The property is completely fenced anyway! A covered parking space for cars is also available.

Portimaõ offers numerous shops and a beautiful beach, which is only a few minutes drive from the holiday home. The neighboring towns such as Lagos or Lagoa can also be reached in a few minutes and also offer beautiful beaches to stay. Sports (GOLF COURSES) and games for children are also numerous. Numerous restaurants and small bars offer evening and daytime opportunities to quench hunger and thirst. Enjoy the many beautiful beaches, cities and sights around Portimaõ. The German-speaking and French-speaking contact person can give all guests many tips!

However, should you wish to change during your stay, there is a fee of 8 euros per guest.
If you want pool heating in the cold months, it will be happy to hire it for you for a fee of EUR 18 per day. Furthermore, a deposit of 150 euros is due for any Damage. This is payable ON-SITE IN BAR and will of course be refunded at the end of the trip if everything is OK.

The house is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Your departure should be done by 10 a.m.
