Beautifully renovated lakefront home complete with all the bells and whistles to make your stay relaxing and fun! Antique flooring, ship lap walls, stone and reclaimed wood fireplaces greet you as you enter. Large screened in porches feature big water views, an outdoor fireplace, TV and dining...perfect for couples or families. Our home is situated on a private peninsula with +350ft of shoreline. Bring your boat and tie up to the deep water dock or relax and enjoy the mountain views while taking the kayak out for an adventure. Enjoy roasting s’mores around the fire pit or throw a line in at dusk while taking in the gorgeous Lake Hartwell sunsets. Conveniently located just 20 miles from Clemson and 40 miles from Greenville with plenty of shopping and restaurants in nearby Anderson. The Master bedroom is on the main level and features a king bed, en suite bath with double sinks and a large walk in shower. The lower level features 2 bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bathroom and a 3rd bedroom with two twin beds adjacent to another full bathroom. The lower lever rec room features a large TV with sofas and a game table. Enjoy ping pong, corn hole, horseshoes along with plenty of board games...or grab a drink and relax in a rocking chair on the porch...there’s something for everyone!

Couldn’t ask for anything better!

This location is amazing. The house is very well maintained with an amazing dock. The owner, Nancy was so kind - she even left us fresh flowers around the house. Such a nice touch!We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and are looking forward to our lake trip next year. 10/10 - would recommend!

From the moment you walk in the door it’s AMAZING!!! How clean The furnishings,and the view was outstanding!! Nancy was so helpful all the way through. What a beautiful taste of heaven!!

Nancy was so helpful in her communication with us even before arrival. Upon arrival, we realized we wouldn’t want to leave. The view!!! The beautiful home. This home had literally everything we needed from extra towels to floats on the dock. The beds were comfortable. The house was immaculate. The kitchen is well appointed and the screened porch was the best place for long family dinners at sunset. We will definitely be back. This is a must visit!!! Thanks, Nancy - we loved every bit of our stay.

Family Trip

If you're looking for a place of relaxation and true"peace", book "The Point" on Lake Hartwell is it. Don't think about it, do it. Whether you are a couple or a family, there is more than ample room and the hospitality of Nancy and Joe (owners) is a joy. It was all worthwhile and truly amazing. It isn't a matter of "Did we have a good time fishing and relaxing?" But rather, "How soon can we get back!" We have been to many place and cities, but nothing compares to the beauty and peace of the "The Point." We would give this place 10 plus stars.

Hands down one of the best vacations we have taken!

Breath taking just walking into the front door of this place. The views are beautiful in the home with the decor that was chosen along with enjoying the screened in porch looking out at the lake. Not many places on Lake Hartwell do you get a clear view of the lake to sit on a back porch in a rocking chair and enjoy. My family enjoyed cooking together, eating around the large pine table on the back porch, and lounging around the dock during the afternoons or taking out our boat that they graciously let us park at their dock. The only negative thing to say about the place is that all good vacations must come to an end and oh bitter that tasted. Looking forward to next time.

Amazing Lake House!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a weekend. Great location on the lake with a fantastic dock with floats, kayak, etc. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful lake house with amazing water views!!

Gorgeous farmhouse style lake house with breathtaking lake view! The owner was a great communicator and sent detailed information of the property before we arrived. We had an amazing stay!!
