About this property

Villa Kerlano - 4-Star Furnished Vacation Home

We will have the pleasure of welcoming you to a house of 120 M2 completely renovated in 2021, with a garden and private parking.
It is located near the town centre, the beach of the port and the nautical centre. These places are within walking distance. In the region, you will discover many sites of heritage or environmental interest. The sites of La Torche and the Pointe du Raz or the towns of Pont l'Abbé and Quimper are remarkable places to visit.
The house is equipped with contemporary furniture and the bedding is new. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
Ground floor: large living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 160X200 bed, 1 shower room,
1 separate toilet
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200; 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90X200 (approachable); 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90X190 (children's dormitory), 1 bathroom with WC.
All beds are made before the arrival of the holidaymakers and towels are provided.
The end-of-stay cleaning service is additional at the rate of 90 euros and must be paid directly to the owner.
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday.

Superb

We were delighted to stay at this excellent property in Lesconil. It was like a home away from home and in a great location close to the harbour front. We were made to feel very welcome and the hosts were super. We definitely hope to go back! Would highly recommend.
