Comfortable, brand new house in the heart of Austin. Shoal creek trail just a block away. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops and grocery stores. Very close to the medical district. There is a small yard outside with a front porch. There is a gas grill outside that is for use. There is a car-port which means vehicles are protected from the weather.
