Beautiful cottage and perfect for our needs. Truly enjoyed time on the deck porch alongside the mountain stream. Well supplied and equipped. Beautifully decorated. Will likely return again.
This was our 4th time staying in the Cozy Cabin....everytime it just gets better. Michael is the easiest to work with and he makes sure we have everything we need. I cannot say enough good things about this property.
This Moody Farm Road home-away-from-home could not have been a more perfect setting and location for getting together with our daughter and her family. It was big enough for all of us to gather in one area...or to find our own space. We really enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace, cuddled up on the coach, playing games, talking about our day, or watching movies. Mike and Mitzie were always available if we had questions about anything. We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more!! Can’t wait to visit again!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. Living room was comfortable with plenty of seating. And all bedrooms had comfy beds.
We have stayed here many times and always love it. They have added a covered patio by the creek that’s an amazing spot to relax. We are looking forward to our next trip.
The property had everything you could possibly need for an awesome stay. The house was stocked with all the necessities you could need!! The location was absolutely the best. Jonathan Creek runs right by the back porch! And the back porch is another story within itself! Large back porch with a grill, couches, chairs, bird feeders to watch the birds and they even supply bird seed! This is by far the best house I've stayed at in the mountains! I highly recommend it!!
Perfect house for our trip. The layout was perfect for my mom who had recent knee surgery. House was well stocked and we loved the games. Loved tubing on the creek, the rope swing, relaxing on the new deck furniture. Lovely stay in a great location.
This property was exactly as it was shown on the website. Very clean and the location was perfect. There was everything you would ever need from dishes to cooking pans and utensils, I was amazed. I have stayed at many properties, but this was tops in my book. Mike the owner was very easy to communicate with. A great stay for us!
Second time staying at this home and we love it! Despite the hurricane, the property was clean with little damage. Will be booking again in the future!
Unfortunately we had to leave because of the Hurricane. This was so disappointing because the property was beautiful and in a great location. We visit Maggie Valley every year and we cannot wait to make this a regular property for our family! Thanks Mike(owner) for being so easy to work with.
We loved the house. It was well stocked and was decorated so cute. We had 2 elderly people in the group and the walk in shower was great. Easy access into the house. It was great to have 3 bedrooms on the same level. Hope to visit again soon.
I'm so happy we got to stay at this beautifully renovated house. From the comfy beds to the comfy huge couch, we enjoyed every minute we were there. Michael was so nice and easy to talk to. Almost forgot....the creek right in the back yard wad amazing.
This property was everything advertised and more! We rented for the New Year's Eve Holiday weekend with 2 other couples and it was amazing. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was icing on the cake. We have rented in the Smokies for 25+ years and this is, by far, the best we have rented. We will be back!
My husband, 15-year-old son and I stayed here over July 4th week for a little R&R between camp sessions. The house was clean upon our arrival. The air was not on, so the house was warm and took a while to cool down. Although it is in a neighborhood, it is on a busy street, so we weren't always able to back in to the driveway, which is not a big deal, just a preference. The house is definitely spacious, with a gorgeous kitchen and VERY comfy couch! It was well-stocked, including lots of paper goods and k-cups. In fact maybe too well-stocked--there were A LOT of open condiments/food in the fridge and many partially used bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. On one hand, it is good not to be wasteful. On the other hand, it kind of skeeved me out (not knowing if it had been previously left out, handled cleanly, etc). The creek out back was wonderful. We walked in it under the bridge (do so at your own risk, of course). It was noisy (which I love) and I would have loved to have kept the patio door open and only had the screen closed, but there was a large tear in the screen and I didn't want to let bugs in. Besides that, the only other things that I might suggest are to put some sort of retractable cover on the sky lights in the bedroom (it gets bright and hot in there) and put window coverings on all of the doors and windows that face the creek--the neighbors are closer than it seems! Overall good stay and nice house.
Great location in Maggie Valley! The creek behind the house makes the stay so relaxing! Great kitchen and love the art room/game room out by the water!
