This home is in the Granite Ridge neighborhood, full of lovely pine trees! The town of Shaver Lake is just over two miles away. Be sure to visit the Central Sierra Historical Society on the weekends, just three and a half miles away. Shaver Lake itself is just over two and a half miles away if you're going the way of Dorabelle Picnic Site.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with three exterior security camera with listening capabilities: one is facing the garage area, one is on the back porch facing the neighbor's house, and one looks over the back side door toward the forest area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It’s not worth the $

It was a nice cabin, but not for the price and having to check out by 10am & check in is 4pm. The beds are all very uncomfortable, need to upgrade. The lightening is terrible, and master shower head needs to be replaced. The BBQ isn’t ideal we did like the location.

Is beautiful and the cabin is very warm and comfortable. The only problem was that the beds are very uncomfortable and hard old spring mattress and I will definitely need to go to the chiropractor today so I was unable to enjoy myself on this trip but made the best of it . Clean and stocked other the bath tubs could use a deep cleaning found mold in downstairs shower.

Family ski trip

Couches should not count as a bed, showers didn’t drain well, fridge was dirty, towels didn’t smell fresh, handrail on stairs was broken, neighbors to the east very noisy late in the night. Nice place in a good area just need to address fine details, home owner was on sight when we got there, very nice and accommodating, vacasa not so much,,,,
