This top floor unit has large windows and a skylight that has beautiful water views of the bay. There is an oversized deck where you can watch the bay and enjoy morning coffee listening to the waves. A floating spiral staircase leads to a sleeping loft space with queen mattress and skylight that lets you wake up to water views! Just across the street is private access to a quiet beach as well.

Great location, beautiful view, beach access and a parking spot.

Needs updating, deeper cleaning, repairs and amenities. Then it could be a five star rental. We did appreciate a lot about this spot.

“Tiny House” in Great Location

Perfect location with amazing balcony with ocean views on quiet end of Ptown. Property needs some TLC as felt almost like college dorm. Not good for very tall people as loft sleeping space limited height. Issues with plumbing but host super responsive.
