This cabin is beautiful....wood throughout, open plan and high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that bring the outside in. The location is perfect, surrounded by the forest, quiet and private, but only a 10 min drive to Fairplay for stores, restaurants etc. This is a great base from which to explore the mountains. The house was very well stocked with essentials, beds were comfortable, and the property was clean throughout. Check in and check out was a breeze, and communication with host was excellent. We were here for burro days in Fairplay and will likely be back for that weekend again, and we would 100% stay it this property again.
This place was everything and more! The views and the outdoor space was beautiful! Plenty to explore. Perfect location! The hosts were available for any questions. Well stocked cabin! We had the best time enjoying the space and the hot tub was a huge plus!!! Our visit was one we will definitely remember.
Everything went well with our stay, the home had everything we needed! Everything was super clean and neat. We loved our stay here. If we had a question it was responded to us almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Thank you for staying with us and sharing the great pictures.
Absolutely loved this place! We enjoyed the back deck and hot tub area, the kitchen was wonderful, and the cabin so clean. I would highly recommend this place.
Everything easy, hosts were communicative!Place was good, clean, good location. Breakfast and coffee on the way to Breck for those sunrise views. Didnt use the hottub, but it was there! Dog enjoyed running through the trees in the back. Garage parking is nice (not needed this year though)The large main room, open kitchen, and loft with the games were the bees knees
This property was exactly as advertised. A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Although there was more activity on the road in front of the house than we expected, it still felt very private, as we couldn't see buildings on either side or back of the property. Allowing us to park in the garage during our stay was incredibly nice to keep the car cool, since we stayed during a heat wave. The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked we've stayed in. We'd forgotten a key cooking ingredient, but didn't need to worry, they had it covered. There was a great variety of herbs & spices beyond salt and pepper, cooking oil and syrup. The water quality was also excellent! We are big coffee people, so we travel with our own French press and grinder, but for others who love coffee as well, here's a heads up to what they have on hand: a Keurig, drip coffee maker and a french press. I didn't see a grinder. The single-use flip flops for hot tub time was a thoughtful touch, and came in handy since my son forgot to bring sandals. Probably the only thing I'd change is some good seating on the back deck. We would've loved to sit outside the whole time, but there wasn't good seating out there. (Two Adirondack chairs: a broken plastic one, and a very aged wooden one that I got a splinter from, haha!) But that can easily be remedied.Check in and out processes were a breeze. We had zero problems for the whole stay, and left with many good memories. I'd recommend this place for sure!
This cabin was fantastic! Me and my guests had a great stay here. The pellet stove was awesome, the bedding was super comfortable for everybody and the kitchen is stocked super well! Looking forward to staying again in the future!
