About this property

Beautiful village villa with a large pool for 12 people

This luxurious villa is located on the edge of the village of Selva, with an enchanting view of the higher village. Within walking distance there is a bakery, restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a pharmacy. From the garden and the swimming pool you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the valley. The house consists of two parts: the main house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and the annex with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms en suite. The house was completely renovated in 2004 and furnished in a modern style. This villa is a wonderful vacation spot to relax and within walking distance of various restaurants.
