Everything was excellent during our family’s stay. The freeways were easily accessible from our location. The owners response was excellent also walkability to downtown, beach, and everything else in Orange County. We would definitely return for another stay. Thank you Lucy.

Beautiful home in a great location

This home offered plenty of room for 7 adults located in a great area just a quick walk to the beach trail. This house was stocked with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable for all of us. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved all the parking spots. Such a convenient location close to beach/park/downtown area. The host was lovely. Very responsive and helpful. House was stalked with all the essentials we needed for the beach. Definitely would like to stay here again!

Must Experience

From the ease of the check-in, to the great communication with the owner, to the cleanliness of the house, to the amazing location this is a “must experience”. I have stayed in numerous locations in San Clemente and this has been my favorite. Thank you for having us.

Great stay in great location

Amazing location! Extremely walkable to beach and town. Very comfortable, soft towels, fully stocked kitchen. Lots of parking/ garage space for bikes. Appreciated use of beach chairs and booogie boards. Very accurate listing. Had a fantastic time!

Great home close to everything

Very nice home that is waling distance to everything. The home was probably the best stocked home we have stayed at. Premium coffees and water bottles. Great communication too.

Beautiful California

Perfect house - lovely, beautifully maintained with lots of amenities. Lucy is responsive and amazing host. Short walk to the beach and town. Many great restaurants, amazing coffee place and a French Bakery. Loved Sunday farmers market. My family had a wonderful vacation.

Luxury getaway

The house was gorgeous and luxurious. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close to the beach, the pier and downtown shopping. Communication with the property manager was easy. Her responses were always prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Best beach house stay ever

My family stayed for a week-long beach vacation, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The location, cleanliness, and convenience of the house were superb. Lucy is by far the best vacation property manager we have ever worked with. She is very responsive and keeps her stylish, well-appointed house stocked with everything you need and more! I would give her six stars if I could!

Evverything at this rental was as described in the listing. Its a very nice home in a nice neighborhood. San Clemente is a great community with beaches and shopping. location of rental gave easy access to all. Contact to host was great, and the house is well stocked with quality decor, and the comforts of home! Loved our stay and looking forward to bringing family together again for another stay😉

Home away from home

My husband and I stayed almost 3 weeks with family joining us off and on. The home was immaculate and supplied with all the essentials-even extra pillows for fussy sleepers! There is parking for multiple cars and plenty of street parking as well. It is a well designed space indoor and out with ample room for family but cozy for 2 as well. It is an easy walk to downtown with shops and restaurants. The beach and walking trails are just at the end of the street. The host provided all necessary information and was responsive when I had questions. One of the best rentals we have had the pleasure to enjoy and hope to be back.

A Perfect Week!

This property is perfectly located - a short walk to town or beachfront. We could leave the car behind and easily get around town. Additionally, the owner Lucy is a very generous host and great communicator, Check-in and out process were seamless. The home offers every comfort, comfortable furniture and beds, Plenty of linens. All kitchen and bathroom products provided. Staying here is more like visiting a friend than renting a property. Everything about it made us feel welcomed. This property provides all the comforts we hope to find when traveling, but rarely see anymore. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

Family Vacation

Our family stayed here in July for a yearly California vacation. We were a group of 2 parents and 3 grown children with their partners/friends and one enfant. The home was beautiful, clean and airy with lots of room for everyone to spread out. The Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you will ever need. The beds all had great sheets and plenty of towels in the bathrooms.. The communication with Lucy was exceptional. She was friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated having the huge clean garage to unload surfboards and bikes and skateboards. The homes sits in a wonderful location, just a short walk to main street shops and restaurants. The beach is just a pretty walk away. We would love to stay here again.

Great location at well stocked home

This home was perfect for our family! Great location that’s walkable to the downtown and the beach. (Pretty steep hill for the beach but we were able to do it Wilbur a problem- also parking at the bottom of the hill if needed). The communication was awesome and the home had lots of extra supplies that I have never gotten in any rental house. The outdoor patio is really nice with big table and bbq. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to go back.

Great Beach House in San Clemente

This is a great vacation rental with easy access to the best beaches in San Clemente. Also walking distance to Del Mar shops and restaurants. House is clean with all new upgrades and furniture. Owner was awesome and very accessible and responsive. Enjoyed our stay!

Lot was purchased in December 1998, finished construction in March of 2000. An architect friend did the design/build on the house which resulted in a lot of unique design features. House has an open floor plan with a large eat-in booth area as well as seating at granite kitchen counter-top all looking out to the Great Room. Main level bedroom and full bathroom as well as three more bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms and jetted hot tub in the master. Two fireplaces one in Great Room and another in the Master bedroom.

Why they chose this property

This property is conveniently located to the downtown as well as the beach and Pier Bowl area. Once you arrive you can pretty much park the car and walk everywhere. Also, this house is walking distance from the SC Train station. Check the schedule though because train stops at North Beach (1/4 mile from house) more than it stops at the San Clemente Pier. City has a lot of festivities in the downtown area and beach area so there is usually something going on and there is some great shopping of all kinds on Avenida Del Mar, Antiques, Shoe Stores, Nail and Hair Salons, great craft coffee locations, unique clothing stores, 31 flavors ice cream and a nice yogurt shop, specialty candy shops on Del Mar and down by the pier, all kinds of restaurants, Nicks is very good but you will need a reservations, specialty wine shops with entertainment. Great Mexican food all over. Too many cool things to mention. House has beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Surf board and bicycle rentals are available by the pier and North Beach.
