In September of 2020, the Paddle House, first and foremost, became our families "home away from home." When we aren't enjoying its peace and beauty, we would love for you to be our guests! Paddle House is a 3,000 square foot luxury vacation home within the Wild Rock development on the rim of The New River Gorge. Paddle House offers families and friends the highest-end lodging option available in the New River Gorge region. The vacation rental offers breathtaking views of the New River Gorge, including the famously photographed New River Gorge Bridge and the river far below. Guests will enjoy first-class accommodations in a four bedroom, four bath, vacation rental. The open design of the kitchen, dining room, and great room is a perfect space for reunions, corporate gatherings, or special events. The spacious dining room seats up to 14 guests. The two outdoor decks offer breathtaking views of the mountains across the New River Gorge, a relaxing hot tub or a cozy place to relax in the woods. The Paddle House is located within a 5-minute walk of Adventures on the Gorge, the premier adventure outfitter in West Virginia.

Beautiful place!

The house was very clean and inviting. Loved the remote start fireplace and the warming towel racks in the bathrooms. But most of all the view... it was breathtaking. Will definitely be staying again next fall.

Christmas holiday

We had a wonderful weekend. The cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We will be booking Paddle House for all our family get togethers.

Highly recommend

Wonderful property! Clean, well stocked, close to activities, and friendly staff when we couldn’t get the hot tub to heat up. They took care of that very quickly. Highly recommend this property!

Outstanding Attention to Detail

We operated at short term vacation rental for years and have stayed at numerous such places. The owners of the Paddle House have thought of everything a guest could possibly want and have done so in such an upscale manner. We thoroughly recommend staying here!!!
